دره خزینه در فاصله حدود ۳۵ کیلومتری شهر پلدختر و در مسیر جاده اندیمشک به خرم‌آباد قرار دارد. این منطقه بخشی از طبیعت زیبا و ناشناخته جنوب لرستان است که در سال‌های اخیر به لطف شبکه‌های اجتماعی، شهرت بیشتری پیدا کرده.

 برای سفر هوایی ابتدا بلیط هواپیما به مقصد فرودگاه خرم‌آباد تهیه کنید.بلیط هواپیما مشهد به خرم آباد و بلیط هواپیما خرم آباد به مشهد پس از رسیدن به خرم‌آباد، با خودرو به سمت پلدختر حرکت کنید و از آنجا مسیر را به سمت دره خزینه ادامه دهید.

قطار

یکی از گزینه‌های راحت برای طبیعت‌گردها، سفر با قطار به ایستگاه راه‌آهن دورود است. از ایستگاه دورود می‌توانید با تاکسی یا خودرو کرایه‌ای به خرم‌آباد بروید و سپس مسیر پلدختر و دره خزینه را طی کنید. هرچند فاصله دورود تا خرم‌آباد حدود یک ساعت است، اما مسیر سرسبز و دیدنی است و ارزشش را دارد.

خودرو شخصی

 اگر با ماشین خود سفر می‌کنید، کافی‌ست از خرم‌آباد به سمت پلدختر برانید. در مسیر، تابلوهای راهنمای دره خزینه را خواهید دید. بخش زیادی از مسیر آسفالته است و تنها چند کیلومتر انتهایی به‌صورت خاکی و فرعی است که با کمی دقت و احتیاط می‌توان آن را طی کرد.
