مسیر ریلی
نزدیک‌ترین ایستگاه قطار، ایستگاه دورود است. از آن‌جا باید به‌سمت خرم‌آباد و سپس کوهدشت حرکت کنید. ادامه مسیر با تاکسی یا خودروی شخصی تا روستا و آغاز مسیر پیاده‌روی دره خواهد بود.

خودرو شخصی
اگر با خودرو سفر می‌کنید، از مسیر خرم‌آباد – کوهدشت حرکت کنید. پس از رسیدن به کوهدشت، وارد جاده روستای گدارگه شوید. مسیر خاکی منتهی به ابتدای دره با تابلو مشخص شده و مناسب خودروهای سواری است. حدود ۳۰ دقیقه پیاده‌روی سبک از پارکینگ تا داخل دره در پیش دارید.
